808. Prehistoric period
Visited history museum after a long while.
From "National Museum of Japanese History" / Gallery 1. Prehisory / Ancient Times
The museum renovated its "prehistory area", and looks to have stuck thoroughly to the trendy visualization.
807. Kawasaki patrol plane
P1 of the Navy Simousa base seen at the "Rest stop Shounan".
In this area, it usually flies gracefully with the quiet sound of "wu wuoon".
While saying the patrol aircraft, it actually is an attack plane equipped with a large quantity of torpedos, depth charges and air-to-ship missiles.
We hear it has experienced with a lot of troubles on engines and others caused by the craft's duties, low-altitude, low-speed, long-time flight on the ocean.
Salt related damages are tough poblems also in power transmission equipment.
I believe it can become a good patrol/attack plane, if the engines' utilization rate is improved, by extending the flight hours, and accumulating the engineering insight.
However, remotely controlled patrol planes might become the common usage.
806. July 3rd (Thu) afternoon
Sunflowers and a sparrow seen at the windmill square.
The bird's flying manner is still unsteady.
805. Work in the dry rainy-season
Dry rainy-season and too harsh sunlight.
As it hurts sijyuu-kara's nest, the box is kept indoor till autumn, after cleansing.
This year's chiks left the nest without making much fuss.
